Major offshore practice seeks experienced UK or Commonwealth qualified trusts lawyer with at least 7 years' PQE.  You will require a high degree of knowledge in the area of international Trust and Estate Planning and be able to communicate effectively with local and overseas clients, international tax attorneys and other advisers. Prior experience in advising trust companies would be a benefit. The role will involve: working with a broad range of international clients in the area of personal and commercial trusts; advising the Firms’ licensed trust company on day-to-day legal issues relating to trustees duties and obligations owed to beneficiaries and their parties, as well as the review of contracts; advising on trustee liability provision of advice on an unsupervised basis; drafting of trust and other legal documentation, which may include coordination of company law documents. Salary will be up to $200,000 or more plus benefits.
