International offshore law firm requires a 7 - 15 PQE UK qualified corporate lawyer with experience ideally from a major BVI or Cayman law firm (or a major London law firm or the London office of a major US law firm). Work will involve mainstream corporate matters as well as investment funds (with a particular focus on private equity and hedge funds), joint ventures, listings, banking, capital markets. The nature of the role will involve a very high level of responsibility and the partnership prospects for a strong candidate will accordingly be good.
